The discovery call is a 20-minute conversation about your goals and history. If we proceed, the full health history runs 60 to 90 minutes and covers symptoms, timelines, diet, environment, stressors, and any prior labs. From there we select testing that answers your specific questions.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. Most of the process — consultations, data review, and plan delivery — works well virtually. Testing kits ship directly to you, and many panels are collected at home. Home wellness and EMF assessments are performed in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Do I have to purchase supplements?

Yes. I review relevant lab work and health testing, ideally completed within the past six months. Understanding your existing results helps us avoid unnecessary testing and build a more informed, personalized plan.

Recent blood work can be very helpful, but it is not required. If you already have labs or testing, please have them available for review. If additional testing may be valuable, we can determine that together based on your health history, goals, and existing results.

Testing is personalized to the individual and may include comprehensive blood work, microbiome and digestive health testing, hormone testing, nutritional and metabolic assessments, genetics, and other specialized functional testing. I recommend testing when the results can meaningfully inform your health strategy.

Between appointments, you may reach out by email with appropriate questions or updates.
